Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our sales team. The BDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial outreach to engage prospects and qualify them based on business needs.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly SQL targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–1 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
