Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and business development. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the representative will need to prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficient in Communication and Sales skills
- Experience with Business Development practices and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in event planning or similar industry is a plus
