Business Development Representative

- Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to identify potentials for growth.
- Present company offerings and solutions to functional groups.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Provide timely feedback on prospect responses and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and lead generation goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media platforms and lead generation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Creative problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel when needed.
- Knowledge of industry-related software and tools is a plus.
