Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales cycle to close deals. The representative will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Business Development and Sales processes to achieve growth targets and build client relationships
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the technology or IT services sector is advantageous
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
