Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Additional tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, following up on leads, preparing sales presentations, and meeting revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in event planning or related industry is a plus
