We Are Hiring | Business Development Representative (B2B)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (On-site)

Skillmate Global Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce an opportunity for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking a Business Development Consultant (B2B) who is driven, professional, and eager to contribute to our expanding digital initiatives.

Position Details:

Role: Business Development Representative (B2B)

Experience: 0–1 year
(Freshers welcome)

Work Mode: On-site (Indiranagar, Bangalore)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and initiate engagement with potential clients and business stakeholders

Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and outreach

Maintain and update client information using CRM tools

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory

Prior exposure to Digital Marketing or Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

A proactive, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented mindset
