Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Bengaluru office (Hybrid). This is a full-time, full-cycle sales role involving lead generation, outreach, demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, understanding their business needs, and helping them adopt Kasplo's email marketing solutions. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Product research and Sales skills
- Lead Generation and Business Development skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM tools and excel
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (SaaS preferred).
- Strong interest in SaaS, sales, and market research.
- Familiarity with
Excel, Word, HubSpot
, and other AI-based research tools. - Excellent communication, Verbal & analytical skills.
- Must be residing in
Bangalore
(mandatory).
