Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving sales for 's innovative solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, conducting outreach to potential clients, communicating product value propositions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. You will play a key role in scaling and supporting the client acquisition efforts of the organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial, Taking ownership & Value for time
  • Background in Lead Generation, Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a preferred addon
  • Experience in technology or healthcare sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
