Hardware B2B Sales Tele Partner Account Manager (Enterprise)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Working Days: 5-Day Work Week

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hardware Sales Executive to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore. This enterprise role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the enterprise market segment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets for IT hardware products and a deep understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles.Key responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and company goals.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the Bangalore region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Solution Selling: Gain a deep understanding of clients' IT infrastructure needs and propose tailored hardware solutions (e.g., servers, storage, networking, security) to meet their specific business requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our hardware product offerings and keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our hardware solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and post-sales support teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation for clients.
- Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales, specifically within an enterprise or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience in selling IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking equipment, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including CXO-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
