Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Inside Sales Team Lead
with experience in
IT hardware and services sales
. The role involves leading and coordinating the inside sales team to generate leads, manage customer communication, prepare quotations, and support field sales teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Supervise and guide the inside sales team in day-to-day activities.
  • Allocate leads, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and maintain team performance reports.
  • Ensure team members maintain accurate data in CRM and adhere to sales processes.

Sales Operations

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as
    Presales, Procurement, and Accounts
    for quotation, pricing, and order processing.
  • Support the sales team with proposal creation, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing for IT hardware (servers, storage, networking, laptops, desktops) and IT services (AMC, managed IT, cloud, infrastructure solutions).
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring conversion targets are met.

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Ensure prompt response to inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Manage escalation and ensure smooth customer experience.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA with 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a
    team lead or coordinator role
    .
  • Proven experience in
    IT hardware, networking, software licensing, or managed services sales
    .
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to IT Hardware OEM's.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and system integrator environment.
  • Target-driven with the ability to motivate and lead a small sales team.
