We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Switchnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role involves driving B2B and B2C sales for IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment) and software solutions (licensed software, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc.). You will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations, and closing sales remotely through phone, email, and online tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Prepare and send customized quotations and follow-up for closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate with vendors/distributors to get pricing, availability, and product specifications.
  • Maintain and update CRM with daily sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of inside sales or tele sales experience, preferably in IT products/services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices) and software solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience selling to corporate clients, SMEs, or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of OEM products such as HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
  • Familiarity with solution-selling and consultative sales techniques.
