Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (Edtech) located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and closing sales. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable educational tech solutions to meet those needs. The role also involves maintaining client databases and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in Sales
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Edtech products and solutions is a plus
