Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bangalore Urban. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer communications, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall sales process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in sales processes and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
  • Experience in solution selling or Testing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
