Inside Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base through digital channels.
- Lead Management: Oversee the process of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from various marketing channels.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure the team maintains a deep understanding of the company's EdTech product offerings and the competitive landscape.
- Customer Engagement: Drive consistent engagement with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and other virtual tools to present solutions and close deals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales and marketing strategies, gather feedback, and refine sales pitches.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships and high renewal rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the EdTech sector, with strong success in managing sales cycles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills for coaching and managing a sales team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects and team members.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and analyze sales data.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing techniques to secure deals and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
