About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager Data Center Sales (OEM) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Laptop, Desktop, or IT Hardware Sales with a strong understanding of enterprise/B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end enterprise accounts, driving business growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow enterprise accounts for Data Center Solutions & OEM Sales.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales relationship management.
- Work closely with OEM partners to drive hardware, infrastructure, and IT solutions sales.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying business opportunities and executing account plans.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in Data Center & Hardware Sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Laptop, Desktop, or IT Hardware Sales (OEM/B2B sales experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales process and ability to handle high-value accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
