Roles and Responsibilities
Area : Responsibility
Sales Strategy & Execution :- Develop and execute enterprise-focused sales strategies to achieve and exceed business revenue goals.
Account Management : - Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; create account plans; ensure upselling, cross-sell, and renewals.
New Business Development :- Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. Present value propositions and secure new partnerships.
Solution Selling :- Understand client needs and present tailored IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions that address their business challenges.
Team Collaboration :- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
Skill Area: Required Proficiency
Enterprise Sales: Proven experience in selling IT solutions & services to large corporate/enterprise accounts.
Account Management : Ability to manage strategic enterprise accounts, including upselling, renewals, and long-term engagement.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and deal-closing skills with CXO-level executives.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to design and implement long-term growth plans for enterprise accounts
Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline
