Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to promote Western Digital's Enterprise Products within the West India Region. You will be instrumental in developing strong business relationships with IT System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and premium channel partners to achieve quarterly sales targets.

This role requires deep domain knowledge in enterprise and data center hardware, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively against competitors.

Job Description:

- Promote Enterprise Products of Western Digital to IT System Integrators (SIs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs) across the West India Region.

- Develop and nurture solid business relationships with key Enterprise & Data Center SI partners and premium channel partners.

- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.

- Effectively develop and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotes tailored to client needs.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and solutions to distributors, System Integrators, and end customers.

- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive product lines and effectively position our offerings against them.

- Continuously follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.

- Demonstrate an independent and entrepreneurial spirit, managing your territory proactively.

- Be able to travel outside of the state or country as required, with all expenses covered by a company credit Minimum 8-10 years of work experience with a strong focus on storage solutions.

- In-depth domain knowledge of Enterprise & Data Center hardware products.

- Experience in Enterprise Storage Products is highly preferred.

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

- Proficient in writing proposals and quotes.

- Experience in technical sales (preference for hardware/software sales in a highly professional environment).

- Must have an Engineering Degree, and either an MBA or M-Tech.
