Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – Data & AI Solutions

Location: Bangalore (Full-Time )

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience in end-to-end enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and selling Data, AI, and Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → client engagement → solution selling → deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer success and account growth.
  • Drive revenue targets by selling Data & AI solutions (Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Tableau) and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft winning solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Travel up to 20%+ for client meetings, events, and networking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience (must-have).
  • Strong expertise in Data & AI solution landscape and Cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
