We are expanding our reach in the academic segment and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive partnerships with educational institutions.

Position OverviewWe seek a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling academic or executive education programs to schools, colleges, universities, or professional institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing strategic sales to expand the academic footprint of our leadership enrichment programs. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with academic institutions (schools, colleges, universities, edtech platforms) to promote Change Management Enterprise's leadership and transformation programs.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships with institutional decision-makers such as deans, directors, and education boards. Customize and position offerings to meet the specific academic and developmental needs of institutional partners. Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct presentations, workshops, and follow-up meetings to demonstrate the value proposition. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to generate leads and co-create campaigns targeting the education sector. Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and contracts using CRM tools.

Stay up to date with education sector trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to inform strategy. Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in academic sales or institutional business development. Demonstrated success in selling academic programs, leadership development solutions, or edtech platforms to educational institutions.

Strong network within the education ecosystem in India (schools, colleges, universities, education boards, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel and client interactions.
