Role Description
EaseMyTrip is hiring experienced
corporate travel professionals
to manage onsite travel operations for one of our leading corporate clients in Mumbai. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on expertise in
Galileo GDS
and end-to-end travel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
domestic & international travel bookings
(air, hotel, rail, visa & ticketing). - Provide
consultative routing advice
to optimize costs and ensure policy compliance. - Deliver exceptional
traveler care and customer service
. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with
industry and company travel standards
.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in
corporate travel/ticketing
. - Strong knowledge of
Galileo GDS
. - Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
. - Sound understanding of
fare calculations, itineraries & visa processes
.
