Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Learning and Development industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive professional with strong expertise and a demonstrated history of success in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients both face to face and online.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
Market & Industry Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to support product development and market expansion strategies.
- Perform competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics and facilitation, for seamless order fulfilment.
- Ability to create and develop a sales team
- Guide and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.
- Contribute to performance evaluations and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 to 15 years of experience in corporate sales preferably to the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
