Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales and operational activities of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing corporate client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end corporate and banquet sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event partners.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, F&B, and banquet teams to ensure excellent client experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, conferences, and banquets.
- Train and guide the sales and operations team to achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties or large-scale operations will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Salary: As per industry standards
