About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Corporate Sales to drive business development, manage key corporate accounts, and lead the regional sales team in South. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate/B2B sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven ability to deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales targets for the region.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts.
  • Drive B2B sales initiatives, corporate tie-ups, and large account management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Build strong networks with decision-makers, procurement heads, and CXOs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in corporate sales.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Regularly meeting with admin/facilities/procurement Heads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and client engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales growth.

Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • 6 -10 years of proven experience in corporate sales / B2B sales / key account management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement cycles and enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and multi-crore business portfolios.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and result-oriented environment.
