Role Overview

The Operations Executive plays a critical role in day-to-day coordination of bookings, driver deployments, and service delivery for corporate clients and airport transfer customers.

This role demands strong communication, multitasking, time sensitivity, and process accuracy — ensuring every booking runs on schedule, every duty slip is validated, and every client is updated proactively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Booking & Dispatch Coordination

• Manage and monitor car bookings, allocations, and driver deployments using internal ERP (TaxiMantra) or SurePort platform.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and corporate travel desks to ensure on-time pickups and drops.
• Maintain constant communication with chauffeurs for location tracking, delays, or flight reschedules.
• Verify booking details — route, client name, vehicle type, billing code — before dispatch.

2. Service Quality & Client Support

• Act as a single point of contact for clients during active trips.
• Handle escalations such as delays, car changes, or last-minute cancellations professionally.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with client SLAs (uniformed driver, car cleanliness, GPS visibility, etc.).
• Log feedback and coordinate with the quality team for continuous improvement.

3. Documentation & Closure

• Collect and validate vendor duty slips, digital PODs (Proof of Duty), and trip completion data.
• Ensure all bookings are closed digitally with correct fare plans before billing handover.
• Coordinate with the Billing Team to reconcile daily trips, cancellations, and no-shows.

4. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily MIS — bookings handled, cars deployed, exceptions, client feedback, driver performance.
• Share daily operations summary with City Head.
• Assist in generating service performance and utilization reports.

5. Vendor & Driver Management

• Coordinate with local vendors for vehicle availability and compliance (RC, insurance, permits).
• Support driver onboarding, verification, and training on app usage and customer service standards.
• Maintain driver rosters, shift schedules, and standby lists for high-demand periods.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong operational coordination and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication (English and Hindi; regional language an advantage).
• Proficiency in Excel and operational tools (ERP, CRM, or car dispatch systems).
• Time-sensitive, process-driven, and quality-focused.
• High attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Familiar with urban routes, airports, and transport regulations preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business, Travel Management, or Operations.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in car rental, logistics, transport, or travel services.
• Exposure to client SLAs, MIS reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience with digital closure systems (e.g., TaxiMantra, Zoho, or similar).
