Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Training Manager located on-site in Kota. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating sales training programs. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. The role involves closely collaborating with the training and development team to ensure that training initiatives align with company objectives and continuously improving training methodologies to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Training and Coaching skills
- Strong background in Training, Training & Development
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
