Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Manager for our Kota location. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, executing sales plans, and collaborating with teams to achieve targets. This is an on-site role requiring strong communication and sales skills to drive growth and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
