Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for targets allocated to Branches Managing Team of 7-15 FLS and motivate them to achieving the business targets. Interacting with the circle head and maintaining cordial relationship for facilitating business Providing necessary support to PNB employees for insurance sales and addressing any queries Team Handling across Geographies Managing FLS Productivity Initiatives at FGM/Circle level to Drive penetration & productivity in branches Training, driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market Build relationship with the business partners and manage concerned stakeholders

Knowledge and skills desired :
Knowledge and experience in life insurance industry. At least 3 years at a supervisory level. Leadership and Team Management Experience Team Management Skills Well groomed, with good communication skills Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches Should be able to manage scale of different geographies High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target. Time management
Required qualifications and experience :
Any Graduate or Post-Graduation with preferably 5 to 7 years of life insurance sales experience.
