Job Description

  • ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Configuration and Customization: Work closely with the organization to configure and customize the ServiceNow instance to meet specific business needs.
  • Security and Compliance: Assess ServiceNow instance for vulnerabilities and apply necessary security patches and updates. Configure and maintain access controls to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of ServiceNow instance and make improvements to enhance speed and efficiency, including database tuning, code optimization, and load balancing.
  • Upgrades and Patch Management: Handle all ServiceNow upgrades and patches to keep instance up to date with the latest features and security enhancements.
  • Service Catalog Maintenance: Maintain a user-friendly and updated service catalog to ensure employees can easily access required services.
  • Integration Management: Manage and maintain integrations with third-party tools and systems to maximize efficiency and automate cross-platform workflows.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and real-time visibility into ServiceNow data.
  • End-User Training: Conduct training sessions to help employees effectively use ServiceNow and improve their workflows.
  • Change Management: Plan and execute changes smoothly, ensuring updates, new configurations, and enhancements do not disrupt daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
