Job description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to support our German client on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Service Portal solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization
  • Strong proficiency in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
  • Experience with widgets, themes, and Service Portal configurations
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow UI/UX best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions
  • Experience working with European/German clients is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Service Portal pages and widgets
  • Implement responsive designs and user-friendly interfaces
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues
  • Ensure portal performance optimization

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
