About the Role

TechnoMore Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer who has strong hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building scalable enterprise solutions and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work on Service Portal, Catalog Items, and scoped applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices to maintain platform integrity and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers when needed.
  • Ensure platform security, upgrades, and module implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and customization

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, and Flow Designer

Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, MID Servers)

Expertise in ServiceNow best practices & Agile development lifecycle

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

Candidates with experience in any of the following modules will be preferred:

  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • GRC / IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)
  • OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications)
  • ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules are an added advantage.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Any product line certifications (CSM, GRC, ITSM, etc.)
