Job Summary As the ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible for working in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and offerings. Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations Architect and design solutions across Applications for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards.
**Job Description**:
What You’ll Do
- Support various ServiceNow portal customization and integration requests as well as work with Business Analysts, Project Managers and development team to ensure projects are completed successfully on time
- Define scope, functional and integration requirements, and deliver technical specifications
- Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling portal.
- Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes to technical User stories for configuring or customization pages and widgets on ServiceNow Portal.
- Build custom widgets as per the need for each requirement. Add multiple pages and adding widgets on portal in ServiceNow
- Strives for pixel
- perfect UI Experience in Web UI, JavaScript, Ajax, Jquery, Angular JS or similar JS frameworks
- Replicate similar UI/UX of portal in associated ServiceNow Mobile apps
- Build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps
- Maintain existing and develop additions to the service catalog and related workflows
- Implement software solutions using ServiceNow tools and best practices
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow Development experience. Work in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and offerings. Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations Architect and design solutions across Applications for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- 5+ years of working experience in ITSM
- 2+ years of working experience in portal configuration and customization in ServiceNow
- Working experience on Multiple ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM etc.,
- Excellent coder using Java, Java Script, Angular JS, HTML5, HTML5 Canvas CSS, Bootstrap framework
- Well versed with data exchange formats like JSON, XML
- Experience developing on enterprise platforms
- Experience working in a highly agile environment
- Should have knowledge on the domain separation and how portals and catalogues will work for domain separated instance.
- Familiar with system programming and web protocols
- Strong mobile app development skills
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Experience of service desk functionalities and chat functionalities in service portal development
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
