Role & responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with buy-side traders, fund managers, and other institutional investors, while providing timely and relevant market insights.
- Contribute to the growth and development of institutional sales, including the arrangement and sourcing of block deals.
- Coordinate and facilitate interactions between research analysts and clients to provide in-depth perspectives on specific companies.
- Organize and host investor relations conference calls on behalf of listed companies and clients to communicate management updates.
- Drive client acquisition initiatives while ensuring the effective servicing and retention of existing client relationships
Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ Years in stock broking company.
- Proven experience in institutional equity sales or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, investment products, and capital market operations.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
