Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Institutional Equity Sales professional who thrives in client-facing roles and understands the pulse of institutional investing. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Mutual Funds and Insurance Companies, delivering insightful research, and driving equity ideas to enhance client portfolios.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing institutional clients with timely equity ideas, corporate access, and research insights
  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients to deepen market penetration
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships with fund managers, dealers, and analysts
  • Stay abreast of market trends, sectoral themes, and portfolio strategy updates


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Institutional Equity Sales, preferably covering Mutual Funds or Insurance
  • Strong understanding of Indian equities, market trends, and institutional investing
  • Relationship-driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance / MBA / CFA (preferred)
