Institutional Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Institutional Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and on-trade customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the institutional sales landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in institutional sales or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and other related businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results-driven sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with key accounts and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
