Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients, acting as a point of contact for strategic accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
Oversee the Sales Process:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Monitor and Analyze Sales Data:
Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts with overall business strategies.

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant forums.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Sales Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

In-depth understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
