Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager
from the
hotel or serviced-apartment industry
who has a proven record in
corporate sales and key-account management
. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining corporate clients, driving occupancy, promoting long-stay and short-stay packages, and representing the brand at corporate events and industry forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert
corporate clients
for long-term and short-term serviced apartment stays. - Build and maintain strong
relationships with travel desks, relocation companies, HR heads, and procurement managers
of large corporates. - Develop
city-wise sales strategies
for existing and upcoming projects (Mumbai, CSN, Gujarat, Chennai, Bengaluru). - Plan and execute
sales visits
, presentations, and promotional tie-ups with corporate partners. - Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experience and service consistency.
- Manage
key corporate accounts
and ensure repeat business through relationship-based selling. - Represent the company at
corporate exhibitions, travel trade shows, and networking events
. - Track competitor performance and market trends to adapt sales approach effectively.
- Prepare and present
monthly sales reports
and occupancy forecasts to management.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience
in the
hospitality industry
(preferably in business hotels, corporate housing, or serviced apartments). - Strong
network of corporate decision-makers
and proven success in achieving sales targets. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
. - Ability to work independently and travel across cities for business development.
- Experience in
corporate event tie-ups
or handling
Japanese/Korean/expat clientele
will be an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
