About the Role

A reputed 3-star business hotel near Mumbai Airport is seeking a dynamic Operations & Sales Manager to lead its end-to-end hotel management.

This is a hands-on, on-property leadership role not a desk-based or coordination-only position. The role involves oversight of Rooms, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales, ensuring operational excellence, high guest satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Rooms, F&B, and Maintenance.
  • Drive occupancy and revenue through effective online and offline sales channels (OTAs, corporate tie-ups, walk-ins).
  • Train and manage staff across departments to maintain service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest relations, escalations, and ensure consistent brand experience and satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L, cost control, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, licensing norms, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and management for strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate from IHM or reputed hospitality institute.
  • 10-15 years of end-to-end hotel operations and sales experience in a 3-star or above property.
  • Proven exposure to rooms division, OTA pricing, B2B/B2C sales, and F&B operations.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with PMS, POS, and Channel Manager tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred; relocation possible for immediate joiners.Not Looking For
