Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and departments
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and handle any special requests or arrangements

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
