Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to join our restaurant team as Steward / Floor Member and Floor Captain / Leader. The ideal candidates will ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant floor.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order flow.
- Ensure tables are properly set and side stations are well-stocked.
- Handle guest queries or complaints professionally.
- (For Captains) Supervise and guide the stewarding team during service.
- (For Captains) Manage table allocations, reservations, and daily reports.
- (For Captains) Train and motivate the service team to maintain brand standards.
Requirements:
- Candidates from a Hotel Management or Hospitality background preferred.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Team player with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- (For Captains) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Freshers (for Steward role) are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
