Rooms Controller – Team Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Controller to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotel management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and high standards of service.
- Implement and maintain effective communication systems to enhance team performance.
- Analyze and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems, including booking and reservation systems.
