About the Role- Location: Mumbai
Introduction –

Opportunity –
You will be responsible for achieving digital sales budgets in your assigned market through strategic planning and aggressive promotion of digital products. Key responsibilities include training and enabling the core sales team on digital offerings, conducting product demonstrations, and organizing promotional workshops. You will work closely with the core sales team to source qualified leads, manage proposals, negotiate, and ensure timely closures. The role involves overseeing onboarding, deployment, and adoption of digital products in schools, as well as building long-term partnerships with educational institutions. You will also track new opportunities in the K-12 market and ensure seamless delivery of integrated services.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in any discipline with strong communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to drive digital transformation
- Thorough understanding of the K-12 market in both print and digital formats
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong market knowledge of the assigned region
Desirable:
- Experience in building long-term partnerships with schools and decision-makers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
