Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and supporting sales operations within a designated area. They will develop sales strategies, monitor sales performance, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, setting targets, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
