Job Description :
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Candidate must be from the Food and Beverage industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a Franchise sales strategy to identify and engage potential franchise partners
- Developing and supervising new franchisees' operations & franchises' business development
- Improve franchisee management systems & processes.
- Ensure all sales process are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Help the organization's process remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Processing for mandatory franchise audit and taking corrective actions on the same.
- Perform quality control and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
- Liaison with various departments like Backend operations, logistics, category & Accounts.
- Managing the team and should be responsible enough to take lead as and when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential franchise partners
- Attend industry & corporate events to promote franchise opportunities and build company's brand
