Franchise Operations Executive

Position: Franchise Operations Executive Location: Surat Department: Operations & Audits Reports To: Franchise Operations Manager.

Job Summary:
The Franchise Operations Executive is responsible for managing franchise orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and following up on bill payments. This role ensures smooth coordination between franchisees and the company, maintaining operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing & Delivery Management:

- Receive and process franchise orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics department chain to ensure on-time and complete order delivery.
- Track order status and resolve any delivery discrepancies with franchisees.

2. Payment Follow-Up & Financial Compliance:

- Monitor and follow up on franchisee bill payments (invoices, royalties, dues).
- Maintain records of payments and escalate overdue accounts to management.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.

3. Franchise Support & Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary contact for franchisees regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Conduct regular check-ins to address operational concerns and improve service.
- Train franchise staff on order placement systems and payment procedures.

4. Inventory & Sales Coordination:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure franchisees order as per guidelines.
- Assist in resolving inventory shortages or overstock issues.
- Support sales strategies to optimize franchise performance.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Generate reports on order fulfillment rates, payment status, and franchise compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Experience: 2+ years in order management, logistics, Accounts or franchise operations.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational skills for order tracking and payment follow-ups.
- Proficiency in ERP/order management systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication for coordinating with franchisees and vendors.
- Problem-solving ability to handle delivery or payment issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in F&B, Retail order processing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting for payment reconciliations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
