**Job Description**:
Arihant Capital is a leading player in the stock market industry, offering a wide range of financial services. We are currently seeking a Franchise Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role will involve providing support and assistance to our franchise partners in delivering our services effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide training and guidance to franchise partners on our products, services, and operational procedures.
- Assist franchise partners in resolving issues related to trading platforms, account management, and customer support.
- Monitor the performance of franchise partners and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the head office and franchise locations.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and interactions with franchise partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the stock market or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of stock market operations, trading platforms, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit franchise locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,605.84 - ₹25,723.29 per month
