
Franchise Manager

The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the institute by identifying, developing, and managing franchise opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with prospective franchise partners, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and supporting them through setup and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities through networking, events, and market research.
- Present business models, investment structures, and ROI analysis to potential franchise partners.
- Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Assist franchisees with site selection, setup, and compliance with institute standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to support franchisee requirements.
- Develop and execute franchise growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales (preferably in the education industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting business growth targets.
- Ability to travel as required for franchise development activities.
- Knowledge of the education/training sector will be an added advantage.
