Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Operations:
- Drive sales across assigned territories and accounts under the guidance of the leadership team.
- Actively pursue monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2.SMP Engagement:
- Strengthen working relationships with Strategic Marketing Partners (SMPs).
- Act as a point of contact for SMPs to enhance collaboration and field productivity.
3.Lead Management & Conversions:
- Follow up on generated leads and inquiries.
- Ensure prompt conversion through demos, consultations, and objection handling.
4.Marketing Coordination:
- Work with the marketing and content teams to secure brochures, decks, and sales aids.
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and presentations.
5.CRM & Documentation:
- Maintain updated records in the CRM with accuracy.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as per company norms.
6.Client Servicing:
- Ensure smooth handover to review teams' post-conversion.
- Conduct regular reviews and gather feedback for improvements, generate references & testimonials as and when required.
7.Field Visits & Meetings:
- Conduct in-person visits to clients and SMPs to drive engagement.
- Attend and review field-level activities to enhance the productivity of the team.
Experience / Qualifications:
· Graduate (Any discipline) – Mandatory
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales/Business Development – Preferred
· Minimum 5–6 years of experience in B2C/B2B consultative sales roles.
· Proven track record of achieving targets and handling multiple accounts/territories.
