Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager – E-commerce is responsible for driving online sales growth, expanding business opportunities, managing key online partnerships, and developing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue across digital platforms. The role involves identifying new business prospects, optimizing e-commerce operations, and ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase e-commerce sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key online partners, vendors, and affiliates.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
