Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Surat, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and conducting sales strategies to expand market presence. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with time management and organizational skills
- A background in IT services, particularly Salesforce, app development, or cloud solutions, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Surat, ensuring strong collaboration with the team
