About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets—especially within the 3D printing and manufacturing solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide customized 3D printing solutions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences for networking and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate data of leads, prospects, and activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields OR MBA in Marketing.
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (experience in 3D printing, manufacturing, machinery, or industrial equipment preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of B2B sales strategies and lead generation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 3D printers, CAD/CAM, CNC, or manufacturing technology.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Experience in industrial/B2B environment.
